Delete your data without deleting your account

Select the email(s) and tap Delete — they move to Trash. Open Trash and delete them again. Emails deleted from Trash are removed from our servers for good 30 days later, together with their attachments.

Select the file or folder and tap Delete — it moves to Trash. Open Trash and choose Delete forever: the file is removed at once.

In Udrive open Shared links and remove a link. It stops working immediately.

Open Contacts or Settings → Signatures, select an item and delete it. It is removed at once.

In Uform, Ucalendar or Utask (web), open the item and delete it. Form answers are deleted with their form.

Go to Settings → Devices or Settings → Mail client access and remove the device or password. It is signed out at once.

In Settings tap your profile picture and remove it.

To have any other data deleted, write to [email protected] from your account address. We reply and delete it within 30 days.

Records of payments you made (amount, date and plan) are kept for up to 5 years as required by accounting and tax law. Server backups that still contain deleted data are overwritten within 30 days.
